Return & Refund Policy

At BearyTime, we want every hug, every adventure, and every moment to feel magical. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-Personalized Plush Bears: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Personalized Items & Adventure Subscriptions: These items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are custom-created for your child — unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email support@bearytime.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase / order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo, if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
