Thank you for shopping with BearyTime! We're committed to delivering not just a cuddly bear, but an adventure right to your doorstep. Below you'll find details about our shipping process.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.31 per order within the U.S.
• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another standard carrier. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be considered in the future.

Adventure Delivery Timing

• The first adventure is delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout.
• We aim to time the delivery of the adventure to align with the bear’s arrival, so your child can enjoy their new adventure with their new friend.
• An email will be sent with your estimated delivery time for the bear. All future adventures will also be sent via email, with links to your child’s growing adventure library.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@bearytime.com with your order number and tracking info.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Address Changes

If you realize there's a mistake in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@bearytime.com. We'll do our best to make adjustments before the order is shipped.
